When you feel the world is crushing your very soul, it can be extraordinarily difficult when limitations restrict you from taking the big actions you wish you could take. Perhaps you are a single parent juggling multiple jobs to keep a roof over your head or you have mental health issues or a chronic physical illness and you want to make a difference but don’t have enough spoons left after merely surviving and feel like you are not able to make an impact.
You Matter

These small things matter. You matter. If you personally know someone who can attend the protest or run for office, then be there for them. Otherwise, focusing on making your corner of the world a better place makes a bigger difference than you think.
