Art Therapy
I’ve used art therapy in my own warped way ever since I can remember. It started in writing and extended into digital art using Paint Shop Pro 9 and really basic Photoshop skills. I’ve tried using YouTube and other places to learn how to draw and I’ve created a couple of art journals over the years. Whenever I am in a particularly tough mental health challenge, I always find myself turning back to words and art therapy to help heal.
It will be easy to see that I have no natural talent and I am not a teacher by any means. I have found though that sometimes through simply sharing, I actually get to help others which in turn helps me. I have been a writer since I was a little girl but discovered pixel painting after my nervous breakdown in the late 1990s. For a long time, I have not been able to afford web hosting, but I always found a way to keep my domain names. I’m back for as long as I can afford it.
