A little background information before we get into the IncrediMail stationery. Back in the 1990s, when I had my first truly major depressive episode, one of the things that truly helped me was *digital art* using Corel’s Paint Shop Pro. Now, I am not an artist, but I eventually learned how to pixel paint. I was also adept at combining art elements into cohesive designs. I absolutely LOVED creating email tags (message board graphics), like ones that would say Thank You or You’re Welcome. There were hundreds of Paint Shop Pro tutorials on the internet, and I used those to learn how to make *sig tags*, meaning that I would assemble the graphic and then add people’s names to them so that they could use them in their emails or really anywhere online. I also have a page dedicated to Melissa Sig Tags.

Then I Discovered IncrediMail Stationery
If you have never heard of IncrediMail Letters, I have to invite you to perhaps instead look at more email tags (Good morning, etc) HERE, as I am truly heartbroken to share that IncrediMail shut down in March of 2020. In case you are curious, it was a fantastic program that allowed you to use graphical email stationery and even animations, which made for an amazing hobby. We could customize every aspect, from colors to font choices, and they had an adorable line of emojis if I remember correctly. I don’t know who got more joy out of using the program, the creators or the recipients.
My last laptop that had the program on it no longer works and I have yet to find the hard drive that has the installation program. Since those using other email programs cannot really use these file forms, I don’t know if there any people left still using the program and continuing to create stationery. I like to think so. As I am making my way through old files on discs and hard drives, I have discovered some of my Incredimail creations.
Hopefully, someone will find a use for these IMF files. All art was used with either personal or email group permission at the time of creation. I’ve linked back to the original artist/group whenever possible. The files are stored on Google for you to download if you are one of the lucky ones to still have access and therefore the ability to use them.
You will note that some do not have a preview, as I’ve been unable to locate one. If you are able to share a screenshot of it, please let me know, and I would truly be grateful.

I may eventually add a few more to this list as I dig through old hard drives and discs. If anyone is still able to use them, I would love to know. If you have trouble with any links, please leave a comment so that I can fix them.
I created all of these using Corel’s Paint Shop Pro. PSP is great for beginners when you want to learn graphic design or what I call art assembly or for advanced users. I can’t recommend it enough. I am an affiliate for them because I believe in the product. I’ve been using it since 1998! If you choose to purchase something through the graphic below or through the link in the first paragraph, I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
