I need to learn to post things as soon as I make them such as these Wild & Free Tag Extras. They were part of a DAH challenge that I didn’t get quite right, but it came out good enough to share. The horse artwork is done by the amazing Sandi Baker who can be found HERE. I purchased a license to use this piece through Digital Art Heaven. It is the first of this type of tag that I made since coming back to the digital art community.
The tutorial I used was the Hermione Tag from EMsPortal.
When I was a young teenager (12 or so), I used to love to ride. I was blessed enough to take a few lessons. Then I even bartered some riding time for mucking out stalls on the weekends. I wish I could say that I did that for a while, but I am pretty sure my teenage self found other things more fun to do. Our family owned a horse for a short period of time. His name was Cowboy and he had retired from barrel racing (I was raised in a rodeo town called Davie). I used to love to go into this young orange grove and race him around the baby trees. That feeling you get of being wild and free while you are riding is one that I will treasure forever.
There are 7 of the Wild & Free Tag Extras:
I hope you all have known a moment in your life when you felt connected to Mother Nature and were able to experience just for a moment what it feels like to be wild and free.
