These Love Letters Tag Extras feature the artwork of Sue Miller. I purchased the license to use this through Digital Art Heaven and created the tag through a tutorial challenge assigned by DAH. The tutorial is Rhonda’s Love in Letters and uses a scrap kit from Bits N Bobs.
I have kind of gotten out of the habit of celebrating Valentine’s Day since the divorce. I tried in the beginning when the children were still young, but kind of lost interest. Doing these types of tags reminds me that Valentine’s Day is about love in general… of course the focus is on romantic love, but you can choose for it to be about family or friends or faith or whatever floats your boat. I am not anti-Valentine’s nor as apathetic about it as I have been. Though maybe I should take that back a little bit… I did do something a little special for the kids last year, but that is a post best left for my other blog.
Anyway, I am done rambling. Here are some tag extras. I hope you enjoy them enough to save them to your own hard drive and maybe even share the link back here with a friend to help spread the love.
I wasn’t sure I liked the tag at first, but it grew on me as I made the extras. Is there a saying that I didn’t include, but wish I had? Please, let me know!
